Possible surface types and weathers are listed below:

Track-1024_M [daytime - Morning, hard (textured) shadows are always visible + vertex shadows added]

Road age - new/normal/worn
Road dryness - dry only

Weathers (2) - see in TrackSettings.ini:
clear crisp
clear hazy  - very light fog in distance

Note: This track type has been designed for sunny weather only. It is not recommended to use rain and
that's why no damp and wet textures were added. Offline plugin will not show damp/wet options.

Warning for online tournament's admins: Although online plugin allows to create stage with damp/wet road
conditions, the game will crash when attempted to drive such stages.
Again - for "M" clear crisp and clear hazy weathers - use only DRY road conditions.

Notes: All the time when "wet" surface is chosen, spectators will use umbrellas, so make rainy conditions.
"Damp" surface can simulate conditions "after the rain" (no umbrellas).

Advanced users:
- "M" track uses skydome and three 360-sky textures (different for new/normal/worn textures).
They are treated as "ground" textures then. You can use your own sky textures for special effects.
Or - make the alpha channel of these textures 100% transparent and enjoy RBR's weathers.

- "O" track contains skydome too, but sky textures work this time for dry/damp/wet, so they are treated
as "regular" textures - look for them in according (_root)dry/damp/wet folders in .rbz archives.
They exist originally as "dummy" textures - they are not perfect and their alpha channel is set
to 100% transparent (so they are not visible in game)
This means you again have three posibilities - make your own textures with aplha channel 100% opaque
and replace them in .rbz for different sky colors, fantastic clouds etc.
I can't quarantee that they will work with weather settings though.

*** SKY.dds texture info - 1024x1024 (can be 2048x2048 as well), DTX3, no MipMaps.
** skydome (3D model) is low poly and has around 150 triangles - does not harm the performance at all.
